Step into this apartment with a breathtaking sea view!

Its light-filled living area invites you to enjoy this exceptional view at any time of day. It features a flat-screen TV and an 80 cm bench, ideal for an extra sleeping space.
The open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease: 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tabletop refrigerator, small freezer, and washing machine.

The apartment also includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe, as well as a shower room with WC.

Wake up each morning to the sunrise over the sea and the gentle sound of the waves.
From your private balcony, enjoy a coffee or an evening drink while admiring the golden sand of Grande Conche beach and the endless horizon…

Accessibility: the elevator is preceded by a few steps and stops at a half-landing, requiring a few additional steps to reach the apartment.

For parking, you have access to a private garage (No. 3) suitable for a city car, located at the rear of the residence.
Free street parking is also available.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock

Bei der Buchung wird man an einen Anbieter in Frankreich ( Square Habitat) weitergeleitet. Er kommuniziert nur in französisch, außerdem muss noch die Kaution und an einen mir unbekannten Finanzdienstleister ( Swikly) überwiesen werden.Das polizeiliche Merkblatt, das vor dem Urlaub ausgefüllt werden muss, wurde zweimal bei aus angefordert.Bei der Ankunft muss der Schlüssel in einer Agentur abgeholt werden. Man bekommt einen ganzen Schlüsselbund überreicht mit der Anweisung sie selbst aus zu probieren.Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Aussicht und eine modere kpl. ausgestattete Küche.Die Dusche war innen und außen verschimmelt. Das WC war sehr klein. Das Schlafzimmer hatte nur Nachttisch.Gut geschlafen haben wir. Die Wohnung hatte auch bauliche Mängel.Auch der Fahrstuhl war eine Woche lang defekt.Das Auto haben wir vor der Garage geparkt, weil sie zu klein war, wie beschrieben.

Cher Ralf, Merci d’avoir partagé votre retour, même si nous sommes quelque peu étonnées par certains de vos commentaires. En effet, notre collaboratrice avait pourtant pris soin de préparer un message d’accueil en allemand spécifiquement pour votre arrivée, afin de faciliter votre prise en charge, malgré le fait que notre agence soit française. Concernant la caution via Swikly, il s'agit d’un système de garantie sécurisé et courant dans le secteur de la location saisonnière. Toutes les informations étaient communiquées en amont lors de votre réservation. Pour ce qui est de l’équipement du logement : il s'agit d’une location de vacances classique, et non d’un logement de standing hôtelier. La présence d’une seule table de chevet est tout à fait conforme à ce type de bien. S’agissant de la taille des toilettes, le bâtiment est ancien et construit selon des normes d’époque, qui ne correspondent pas aux standards actuels pour l’accessibilité. Enfin, les joints de la douche, bien que vieillissants, ne sont pas sales. Le logement est systématiquement nettoyé avec soin avant chaque arrivée. Séjour agréable

Le seul problème c'est le bruit de chaufeau la nuit, impossible de dormir. Pas reposant du tout. La taille de la cabine de douche est très étroite.
