This is a phenomenal townhouse on the slopes of the mount Owl's Head, the perfect homebase for a vacation outside of the city.

- fully equipped, a/c, unlimited high speed internet 150mbps
- large living space, wood-burning stove, large windows, balcony, large terasse with bbq and spa, view of the lake and the mountain
- non smoking and no animals
Lodged on the slopes of Owl's head, you are between the mountain and the lake Memphremagog. You can hike, bike, play tennis, go fishing, play golf, and much more.
Less than 20 minutes away from the USA, you are a short drive away from a few small towns, from Mansonville to Bolton, or you can make it to Magog, a charming city 35min away from our home.
The community has access to a private beach as well as 2 tennis courts, both at a walking distance.
For the golfers out there, the the Owl’s Head championship-caliber golf course lies at the base of the mountain, in the heart of nature.
