Two Night Summer Min!

Located in the charming town of Three Oaks, we welcome you to The Louis. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom multi-unit is a short walk to downtown Three Oaks and a ten-minute drive to the beach. One of three units in this spacious property and can be rented in conjunction with the other two to sleep 12 total.

Cozy and romantic, nice space for a couple's getaway. Main floor bedroom has queen bed and updated bathroom with shower. Mini kitchen with microwave and fridge as well (no sink or stove). Dining area and study nook completes this unit.

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, gas grill, and more.

**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.

**Maximum one car parking.

This was the perfect place to stay for myself and my dog. I loved how it was walking distance to neighborhoods into downtown. The host communicated very well and I knew exactly what to expect. Very clean. Comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Cute little spot a short walk to the main three oaks area. Was a little weird to not have a kitchen and the fridge is tiny, smaller than it looks in the pics. This small place is well laid out where it didn’t feel too tight and was nice to have a desk and dinning table.

Great writing retreat

Jason was quick to respond and allowed an early check-in to be able to hop onto a virtual meeting. Apartment was cozy and all I needed for my writing retreat. The lack of kitchen sink and stove freed up any ideas of cooking on my own. I enjoyed the outdoor seating to do some writing as well. It was an easy drive to explore nearby towns. There were plenty of sidewalks available for daily walks to get my brain ready to write. Great setup for recording videos with pleasant backdrops and desk. Only draw backs is the air conditioner is loud as it is inside the unit, but not difficult to turn off at various times when quiet was needed and worked great as white noise machine overnight. There is some odor with hot water but not cold. Overall, it was pleasant and easy to access.

The location of this property cannot be beat…walkable to the downtown area of Three Oaks with lots of neighborhoods to walk our dog! The actual space was very nice, even though it’s pretty small. We underestimated how much we would miss a kitchen sink, but that’s on us! We loved the porch! We had a lovely stay at the Louis!
