Difficult to check in due to ongoing renovations and rental agreement not being with hotels specifically. On occasions, I found cockroaches on the balcony and was irritated that no one make sure that the pool is empty of people wanted it supposed to be closed because I listen to people playing music till after 2 AM every night that I was there. Unclean place we had to park several blocks away from due to no parking during Mr l renovations spent the trip so tired from walking I never enjoyed it because I was born with cerebral palsy fell 4 times and had to walk four blocks due to a terrible hotel setup. I wasted every pto hour I saved for a week at the beach for nothing

We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter unexpected issues like construction noise, limited parking, and disturbances late into the night. Please know that while we manage the unit you stayed in, we unfortunately have no control over building-wide renovations, amenities like the pool, or enforcement of noise restrictions throughout the property. We also regret that you weren’t made aware of these external factors ahead of time. We always try to provide as much detail as possible during the booking process, and we do encourage guests to reach out with any accessibility or special needs so we can help guide them to a more suitable unit or location when available. Thank you again for your feedback — it’s important and will help us improve communication and support for future guests. We sincerely hope that despite this unfortunate experience, you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide a stay that better meets your expectations.
