West Lakes Luxury 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms.
Our townhouse is situated in the West Development at West lakes and is adjacent to the Grange Golf Course. We are 150m from the northern entrance to the golf course.
The West Lakes Shopping Centre plus a host of outstanding world class restaurants and hotels are also only a few minutes away by walking.
A few minutes drive will see you on one of the nearby outstanding beaches of Grange, Henley and West Beach.
The space
The property has two full bathrooms on separate floors with two queen bedrooms and suites on both floors as well, ideally suiting two couples.
There is a third bedroom on the ground that has a king single bed.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property and parking is available onsite in the enclosed garage with roller door access.
Other things to note
Three bedrooms, two queen suites and one smaller bedroom with a king single.
