A dedicated workspace offers an inspiring spot to focus, while the backyard provides the perfect setting for an outdoor BBQ. End your day with a tranquil kayak paddle at the nearby jetty. Pet-friendly and thoughtfully designed, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to connect and unwind.
This thoughtfully designed townhouse is ideal for those seeking a cosy and versatile space to recharge, explore, or spend quality time together. The ground floor welcomes you with a private entrance and a light-filled living area equipped with a TV, Netflix, books, and a record player, providing plenty of entertainment options for your downtime. Central heating and cooling keep temperatures comfortable year-round, while a home office provides a quiet space for focused work or creative projects.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area are equipped with all you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Step outside to a private garden, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day of work or beachside adventures.
Downstairs, you’ll find the primary suite set with a queen bed, ceiling fan and wall-hung TV. A built-in robe provides ample storage for your belongings, while an attached ensuite ensures added privacy for groups. Upstairs you’ll find the second bedroom, also set with a queen bed and ceiling fan. The main bathroom services this room, with a bath and shower. Kick back in the secondary living area upstairs with a spot of TV or make your way out to the balcony for an evening beverage at sunset.
The home also includes private laundry facilities with an additional toilet and secure garage parking for two vehicles.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You may enquire about pricing before booking, or the fee will be quoted and charged after booking. Alternatively, we can offer mid-stay professional cleans, including fresh linen — please enquire for pricing.
Please note a $50 charge applies for guests bringing pets. We kindly ask that pets be kept off all furniture and beds, and that you clean up after them. Please do not leave pets unattended inside.
The BBQ must be restored to the condition it was in when you arrived; otherwise, an additional charge of $60 will apply after check-out.
