Large Summer House with the stunning views, four bedrooms, deck and hot tub!
This large summer house (over 3400 square feet) sits on a bluff with extraordinary views of both Lake Huron and the Maitland River. Steps to hiking, running and bike trails (GART Goderich to Guelph) and a short walk (850 m) to the beach. Come and spend some time in the historic town of Goderich and enjoy all summer has to offer.
Huge two-level deck with a 6-8 person hot tub. Have a midnight hot tub and look at the beautiful stars. The summer house has a patio set and two large Muskoka chairs to relax on the deck and watch the hawks fly over the river valley. A patio table allows you to enjoy dinner and drinks on the deck. A fire pit and fenced- in yard complete the property. A great family vacation spot!
Summer in Goderich has many festivals and events. Goderich View is a short walk to the beautiful and historic downtown. The summer house is within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk. Goderich is known as Canada's Prettiest Town and is located on the shores of Lake Huron. It is a popular tourist destination filled with history, beautiful beaches, and breathtaking sunsets. The summer months are famous for many special activities including the Celtic Festival, Summerfest, Canada Day Celebrations, Bluesfest and more.

The property was a perfect fit for our familySpacious enough to give everyone their own space and comfortable enough to share meals/games as a group. The proximity of the property to the beach, downtown Goderich and golf courses made the location a base for all of our activities. The hot tub the view and the deck were bonus elements of property.
