Convenient location, easy access to Melbourne CBD. 5 mins stroll to the train station. Trendy local cafes, popular wine bar, independent local grocery store, and & parklands close by.
Sleep well in a comfy queen sized bed. Table, desk, office chair and reverse cycle heating & cooling. Kitchenette with bar fridge, oven microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle & coffee maker. separate bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Located on the first floor accessed by a flight of stairs.
It's important that you know before booking this is strictly NOT a party house and welcomes those looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in a great location close to the CBD and many local activities. Dilly Dally Studio a great place to rest and/or work/study in a peaceful environment.

Jane was a wonderful and versatile host. The apartment was comfortable and quirky. Jane obviously puts thought and pride into it. The location was wonderful, with a walk through darling gardens to access Queen Parade shops and restaurants, and easy access to the Yarra River and Merri Creek walking and cycling paths. I would highly recommend.
