Very nice property and great location

The villa was very nice and well kept. We loved how short of a walk it was to the beach. You really can’t beat the location without being right on the beach and the access was actually better than a couple of places we have stayed that were beachfront. The 4 properties together around the pool would be amazing for a larger family vacation. Denise & John we’re excellent to work with and very responsive through the booking process & during our stay. We were very grateful to be able to have our dog join us on vacation, but had forgot to check on pet-friendly beaches in the area and after arrival found there was only 1 pet friendly beach about 5 miles away, BUT the neighborhood was great for dog walking with lots of friendly people & many other dogs. It was busy in the area due to spring break and it did get noisy at night with lots of groups of college kids walking by/loud cars/loud music - the bedroom windows face the main road & sidewalk - so ear plugs are definitely recommended if you are a light sleeper like me. My kids slept through it all fine. :)

Absolutely Perfect!

We had an amazing time! Located directly across from the beach, about a block from the Wharf and Pineapple Willys.....you’re close to the action but tucked away in a quiet community. The beach is not busy at all unless you go closer to Pineapple Willys. The house was spotless, the beds we so so so comfy! The set up with the 4 units together sharing the pool would be amazing for a larger group to rent the entire space and we may fo that in the future. I was able to bring my 2 french bulldogs!!! Communication with the host, John, was seamless-he was so friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!!!!
