TREASURE ISLAND RESORT IS ONE OF THE NEWEST AND NICEST RESORTS IN PCB AND IS RANKED #5 OF 67 Condominiums IN PCB as of 1/2026. Welcome to my luxury BEACHFRONT vacation rental condo at Treasure Island Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. It is a beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped, luxury condo RIGHT ON THE BEACH for rent at a discount to standard rental rates at Treasure Island Resort. Treasure Island Resort is a beachfront complex built in 2005 that is one of Panama City Beach's newest complexes. It is 23 floors high with only 12 units per floor and boasts 420 feet of beach front. It is currently ranked #3 out of 105 resorts in PCB. It is located at 5004 Thomas Drive, PC Beach. 32408, which is an uncongested 4 lane road at the less crowded east end of Thomas Drive that makes getting to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment easy as compared to the highly congested area further west where you sit in bumper to bumper traffic on a small 2 lane road forever to go anywhere.
My unit is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 15th floor with 1370 square feet of living space that can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. It was a very well built unit with things like 9 foot ceilings, nice crown molding, granite kitchen countertops. Additional amenities include a king size tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom, brand new Samsung 4K 43" TV in the living room and 37", and 26" High Definition 1080p flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, and a couch with dual recliners. It has a very large, well supplied kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, granite countertops, and all the cooking utensils and drink makers you could possibly need. The unit is also equipped with a full size Maytag washer and dryer if you feel like doing laundry. And for those who can't leave their computers at home, the Resort does have high speed Internet.

Treasure Island Resort has a very large beachside swimming pool that is heated to a very pleasurable 85 degrees year round. It also has a LARGE BEACHSIDE JACUZZI, and a state-of-the-art fitness center in case you don't get enough exercise in the surf and on the beach. It has 4 very high speed elevators and an attached 6 story parking garage provides covered parking with a dedicated parking space for each unit and ample additional parking for those traveling with multiple vehicles. There is a walkway from each floor of the parking garage to the elevator area. By luck, my dedicated parking spot just happens to be only 3 spots away from the elevator door on the 4th floor. A trick I use is to store all my beach stuff in my car and when heading to the beach I just stop off at the 4th floor and collect the beach stuff and quickly back on the elevator and down to the beach. Drop it back off at the car on the back up to the unit at the end of the day and it saves a lot of lugging and mess sitting around the unit.
An extra note: My unit comes with FREE!!!! Beach Service, when available, which includes 2 beach chairs/loungers and an umbrella set up on the beach every day for your personal use (a $50/day value if you had to purchase it). Available 3/1-10/31, weather permitting.

The area of this condo is the least crowded!!!! The condo and the entire building are well maintained. The beach is very close and there are outside showers. The condo is clean and well equipped with all the essentials and beach equipment. The balcony is huge, ice maker works really well and the master bathroom shower is big with 2 shower heads. I strongly recommend this location and this room.

Spectacular Condo and Owner

We stayed here in June of 2022 and have booked it again for this year! The condo is very nicely updated and feels like home away from home. It is clean and right on the beach. On the balcony you can see all the way down both sides of the beach. We have a small dog that travels with us and that is not a problem with the owner (for an additional fee per the condo). We have found our condo that we will be staying every year. It’s close to a lot of beach stores and great restaurants but far enough away to not be so crowded. Thanks again for a fantastic vacation! Hope to see you next year too!

Treasure Island Condo with view

We have stayed at Treasure Island many times, first time in this condo. Overall, the condo was clean, probably could use more sweeping, especially on the balcony because of sand (Hey! You are on a beach! There's gonna be sand!) The owner was responsive to questions and we really didn't need much. But we love staying in this building and I would return to this condo in the future.

Family Beach trip

The condo is very spacious! Loved that the beach chairs were included!! The condo had everything we needed. The air wouldn’t go below 73 on the really hot sunny days, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It did go down to 70 on the rainy cooler nights. The beds were really comfortable (memory foam in both bedrooms). The pullout couch bed is pretty bad like most, but we bought an air mattress for the teens & it was fine. The coach is big enough for one person to sleep on it if you don’t want to pull out the bed. The bunks are great for kids! The location is great for getting to restaurants & stores easily. Overall the condo was great & had everything we needed! I would stay there again!

Nice place, great location

This was a wonderful place to stay, so close to St Andrew State park. The condo had every item you could need during your stay; from a beach cart to clothes hangers and everything in between. Heinz was very quick to respond. The resort hot tub was down and they were working on one of the walkways to beach but that did not make much difference to us. If you are looking to stay at a "fancy" place this is not it but if you are looking for a comfortable stay, this would be a good choice. However, the master bedroom bed needs updating (squeaks) and so does the couch (very lumpy) . Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay.

We have been staying at Treasure Island for twenty three years and this was the worst unit. It was so dirty. It had dog hair everywhere and the floors were black. I have pictures and videos of it. I had to wash the sheets before we could sleep on them. We got there and couldn’t get it with the code. I had to get in touch with the owner and that took a while. It was really bad.

Highly recommend!

First, let’s cover a couple really important things… 1) temperature regulation and 2) comfort of beds! The mattresses were wonderful in both the primary and 2nd room. The A/C never struggled, we stayed at a consistently comfortable temp inside. Now, let’s discuss the bathrooms. The primary shower is large, not a regular shower size, and your toilet is in a large separate area, and the double vanity is a plus! The 2nd bathroom was sufficient for our adult sons to share without encroaching upon one another’s personal items. The couch was extremely comfortable and suited our family. We all fit nicely and enjoyed shows together. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well stocked. Having the full size washing machine and dryer allowed us to combine our clothes and keep everything fresh. Having the two rental chairs ready for us each day was very convenient! And the easy walk to Schooners was another plus. Parking was also a breeze! We plan to return.

Wonderful stay during the fall.

This is a wonderful unit. Located in one of the best parts of the beach, it's easy to get across town on back beach rd. It's right beside St Andrews Park, which is fantastic. The unit itself has just been updated with new flooring and furniture, it's spacious and well equipped. The owner was super easy to get in touch with and very helpful with any questions I had. Super pet friendly but even if you don't bring a pet you get to see other puppies all week, which is a plus for me. I can't wait to return to pcb again and hopefully this unit. I would definitely stay here again.

“That feeling when trying something new is exactly how it felt at Treasure Island with my family, we weren’t really sure what to except since this is our first time in Panama and trying out a condo unit. It had a great view of the ocean and everything they promised in their description! The main reason why we looked into this resort was because of our dog. we wanted to take our dog out with us on our vacation, considering treasure island is a pet friendly resort we decided to go forward with our stay. It was just like having him at home! In the end we enjoyed the pool and walk to the beach and how convenient everything is from the resort! Please give a try if you are looking for something new and enjoyable for you & ur pet!

Treasure Island

Wonderful view, easy access, and found everything as advertised. The only thing we found that needed replaced was the the mattress in the master bedroom. It sagged in the middle.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because it is in the ideal location in Panama City Beach and is a very well built complex. It is away from the jam packed, super crowded, single lane area on Front Beach Road in Panama City beach but and is as close as you can get to the marina areas where all the fishing, snorkeling, and boating tours originate in Panama City Beach. It is also super close to St. Andrews State Park and has many good restaurant and seafood shops very close by (some like Schooners within easy walking distance). It is also one of the newest and best built complexes in Panama City Beach (built in 2005).
