The cozy and quaint living area is designed with comfort in mind. The couch folds out to a queen bed and there is a wall-mounted television so you can enjoy your favorite movies when you spend a night in.

The open floor plan of the common area allows everyone to be together, as the chef in the group prepares a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you will have everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or grab a quick bite to eat at the counter before getting your toes in the sugar white sand. The possibilities are endless here!

Retreat to the primary bedroom after a long day of exploring all that Gulf Shores, Alabama has to offer. Whether you spent the day shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley or enjoying a fun family dance competition at The Hangout, this queen bed offers the perfect respite to get you ready for another day of endless fun. Wake up refreshed and get ready to go with ease. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination and is located right off the primary bedroom. You will also find a stack washer and dryer conveniently located in the bathroom.

Lagoon Sun is a low-density, budget-friendly property where everyone is welcome – even your fur-babies! Located in a great area of Gulf Shores at 1037 West Lagoon Avenue, you’re only 1.5 miles away from the center of Gulf Shores.

At Lagoon Sun you’re within walking distance of The Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails where you can enjoy some casual Gulf Coast dining, or hop in your car and explore other nearby local favorites such as Bahama Bob's and DeSoto's Seafood Kitchen.

Are you ready for a beach day? Lagoon Sun is near public beach access, just a short 5-minute walk away, located at West 10th Street & West Beach Boulevard.

Explore souvenir shops nearby, such as Island Outfitters, Alvin’s Island, and Surf Style. You can even pick up nearby groceries from Pier 33 or Waves Convenience Store.

Two dogs, up to 25 pounds each, are allowed with payment of a non-refundable pet fee. This is a non-smoking property, and the primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Covered parking is available under the complex for 1 vehicle. Monthly rentals are available November – February of each year.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
