Umbrella Safety: On windy days or when not in use, please wind the outdoor umbrella closed to prevent it from lifting or causing injury.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No outside visitors allowed.
To ensure there is plenty of hot water for everyone to enjoy a comfortable stay, please limit showers to 7 minutes or less.

I will give a 3 and half stars as the place was clean and the host is trying her best. However and in order to help for future bookings the place will need to be less crowded with nicknacks. A second sofa would make it more confortable and an iron,(+board) and a tall mirror would be useful.
