This spacious 3 bedroom split-level holiday home is designed with families in mind,
offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. The upper level features a bright and open-plan layout, including a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable living space. You'll also enjoy a dedicated games area for extra entertainment.

Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, this home features a well-appointed bedroom on the upper level and two additional bedrooms downstairs, offering plenty of space for families. Enjoy the large undercover outdoor area, complete with a dining table and BBQ, perfect for alfresco meals after a day at the beach. Inside, the games room is packed with entertainment, featuring board games and a table tennis table. Stay connected with unlimited WiFi, and unwind with smart TVs in every bedroom. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the nearby coastline, this is the ideal spot for your next seaside escape!

This is the best pet-friendly holiday house we've ever stayed in. Our host, Anne, was very welcoming and easy to contact and she left some lovely treats for us. The house was very clean and spacious with a lovely garden and a very comfy hammock for lazing in. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities and the air-con and smart TVs in every bedroom (and living room) were a huge bonus! The location was perfect - with Woorim Beach directly across the road and only a short walk to the shops, pub and surf club.

The house is spacious and light and airy. The extras that were supplied were more than I expected.House was clean and welcoming.Proximity to beach access was a bonus. The children with us were very happy with all the books and games that were there. They were very impressed with all the beach toys. The adults loved the table tennis.

Why they chose this property

Woorim is such a beautiful beach and there is so much Australian wildlife. It’s so close to Brisbane but you can see Wallabies hopping around at dawn and dusk - sometimes even on the beach, there are often dolphins, sea eagles, kingfishers, and many other birds. Sea turtles also nest on the beach but you have to be lucky to see them. Whales also swim past from June to October.

What makes this property unique

The house has pretty much everything you’ll need to be comfortable - especially if you like your tech. There’s good Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every room and air conditioning! The ping pong table is lots of fun too.

I always make sure kitchen essentials are provided (dishwasher tablets, cling film etc). There’s also plenty of tea and pod coffee options.
