My husband Scott and I are from central Ohio. We have 3 kids who love the water and keep our lives full and fun! Our family has been vacationing at Norris for many years. It is our happy place! We love being on the water, entertaining, and spending time with our family and friends, and this home is perfect for all of that!

We have always wanted to own a lake house. When we saw this house, we knew it was the perfect place for our family, along with our extended family and friends to enjoy beautiful Norris Lake.
This location is secluded yet easily accessible, and we love the serenity of the cove.

What makes this property unique
The property is in a quiet, no-wake cove perfect for lounging at the dock or floating the day away, and is about a ten minute boat ride to Flat Hollow Marina. It’s just another few minutes to beautiful, open waters perfect for skiing, tubing, and boating, and your choice of other peaceful coves to drop anchor and explore. Spring Lily Retreat is also close to several other marinas, including our Favorites Deerfield and Shanghai!
