The property is clean and ready for anyone. There are board games, books and puzzles for use. It also has a washer and dryer which are very nice to have on a vacation. It is quiet and comfortable and close but not too close to downtown Rangely. Really great place to relax and unwind.

I enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and very simple (no wall art or knick-knacks around; carpet, cabinets and light fixtures from 1970s). There was a TV with Netflix available, a view out the window of the TANK- the whole reason for my trip- and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The queen bed mattress was firm and comfortable, and didn't have the perfumed sheets that I often encounter in other places. I was afraid at first because the listing mentioned smoking was allowed in certain areas- but the place had no smell of smoke. Towan my host was responsive to questions and communicated promptly.
