Step into a bright waterfront retreat set directly on the tranquil canals of Port Geographe. Unwind in the expansive open-plan living area, where soft sofas and a smart TV set the scene for slow mornings or laid-back evenings. Curl up in the second lounge, complete with a second TV, plush seating and a ceiling fan—perfect for movie nights.

Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with sleek benchtops, modern appliances, a coffee maker, Nespresso pods, and a generous island bench. Share meals at the large indoor dining table or move outdoors to the enclosed alfresco area, where you’ll find a BBQ grill, lounge seating, and sweeping 180-degree canal views.

As night falls, retreat to one of four peaceful bedrooms designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Wake to waterfront serenity in the primary suite, featuring a king bed, direct patio access, and peaceful canal views. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and calming light-filled spaces, while a fourth bedroom includes another king bed and dual-aspect windows. Freshen up in two stylish bathrooms—one with a walk-in rain shower and dual vanity, the other with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Keep your wardrobe fresh with a private washer and dryer.

Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, and the home is not fully fenced. Children’s toys are available to keep your kids entertained. You are welcome to bring your own boat or jet ski and park right out front.
