The whole property is yours to use and enjoy including lockable boat shed large enough to house a wake boat.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure kayaks are returned to the shed before locking shed and returning keys to pegboard upstairs.
Please leave the house clean and tidy including bbq cleaned, dishes washed and put away etc before you vacate.
Please stack downstairs chairs as they tend to blow around in the wind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Strictly 11 guests only and quiet hours 10pm-9am due to being in a quiet shack area and close neighbours. Please respect this.
No rooftop tent, camper trailers or caravans and no additional guests in tents or swags.

AMAZING house right on the water front. Perfect spot for a family getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful new riverfront house! It had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The location right on the river was peaceful and scenic with gorgeous sunsets bouncing off the cliffs over the other side of the river. The host was incredibly quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!
