One-of-a-kind home on Silver Lake, with private dock/gazebo and 41-foot screened porch and decks overlooking the Lake and Bridge! Features 4 Bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a trundle bed) and 4 baths in the main house. Two bedrooms (2 twin beds and a trundle bed) and bath above the garage. Spacious, open living rooms, and indoor and outdoor screened dining areas. Cooks kitchen. Elevator for grade-level handicapped access to all floors in the main house. YMCA house membership. RTI Sound System. Less than 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Walk into downtown Rehoboth Beach (1/2 mi.) or hop the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach for nightlife and bay sports. Four adult bikes. Parking for 4 vehicles.
