Marisol, her husband, mom and daughter were delightful guests. The place was left clean and they were so thoughtful to leave a gift for other guests to enjoy. We would have them back anytime and hope they return soon.

We are sorry Jill took offense to the explanation given to why only three rooms are available at our standard rate with a couple and two children. She mistakenly thought she was renting the entire home and that was not so as is clearly stated online. The home is a very spacious home that accommodates up to six guests. Depending on the number of guests our pricing is tiered along with the number of bedrooms/baths available. This reduces rates to couples traveling alone and to groups not requiring the maximum rooms available. Much like any lodging facility guests only have access to the number of rooms paid for and some spaces are never available to guests. Unfortunately, there is the occasional guest that attempts to invite unauthorized guests thus making managing liability and safety a challenge. As Jill was checking out and our crew was waiting to start their job of transitioning to the next group staying that evening, we saw an unauthorized guest pull out of the driveway with a pet in their car. Since we also have a no pet rule accommodating our guests with allergies, Jill was asked a second time about the additional guest and about the pet. We were sensitive to Jill’s valid request for an additional room and we made the immediate arrangements to accommodate her request. For future guests, it is a good idea to speak to us ahead of time with any special requests to best make your stay as smooth as possible. Thanks again Jill for watering the beautiful flowers around the pool. In keeping your stay as private as possible and in maintaining the beauty for the next guests it was very much appreciated. Our team devotes 15 cleaning/preparation hours between each stay with a checklist that guarantees you will be staying in one of the cleanest, idyllic, lake front homes available in upstate NY. We are available 24/7 to respond to any guest requirement or question. We value that, 99% of guests have appreciated the effort we put forth to surpassing their expectations.

We are glad you enjoyed your fall stay at Webabu. It is my favorite time of the year with all the colors and great hiking. This part of NY is truly blessed to have the nature we have. It was a pleasure meeting you all and hope to see you again.
