Living space and layout
This entire condo at Crescent Breeze offers a spacious open layout designed to highlight its oceanfront setting. Large picture windows frame the water and fill the living area with natural light, creating an inviting space to relax, gather, or focus on remote work. Comfortable seating, a TV with standard cable, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support both downtime and productivity throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide flexibility and privacy for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, direct access to the lanai, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, ample closet space, and its own dedicated workspace. The third bedroom is set up with a twin daybed and trundle, making it well suited for additional guests or family members. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the condo, offering convenience for groups. One is ensuite to the primary bedroom, while the second is easily accessible from the main living areas. Both bathrooms are equipped to support longer or shorter stays comfortably.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides a full cooking space with major appliances and a dining table for shared meals. Whether you prepare breakfast before heading out to the beach or enjoy a relaxed dinner indoors, the layout supports easy, everyday use without fuss. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for extended stays.

Outdoor living and beach access
Step onto the private covered lanai to take in unobstructed oceanfront views and the steady sound of the surf. From here, a private access path leads directly to Crescent Beach, allowing you to move easily between sand and home throughout the day. The condo also includes a patio or balcony area as part of its outdoor setup.

Guests have access to a community pool, tennis courts, free parking on premises with two spaces, and an elevator within the building. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad allow for smooth arrivals and departures.
