Living spaces
The open-concept layout centers around a bright living area with comfortable seating and wide ocean-facing windows. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, TV, and direct access to the outdoor balcony area, along with an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom includes a twin daybed with a trundle, well-suited for additional guests or family stays. Bed linens, hangers, and storage are provided throughout.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home, offering flexibility and privacy for groups. Bathroom essentials such as towels and soap are provided.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, with standard appliances and cookware available. The adjacent dining table creates a natural gathering spot for shared meals or planning the day ahead. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living and beach access
Step onto the patio or balcony to take in uninterrupted ocean views and feel the coastal air. A direct path leads from the building to Crescent Beach, placing sandy walks and shoreline views just moments from your door.

Guests have access to a community pool, tennis courts, elevator, and free parking on premises with two dedicated spaces. Self check-in with a keypad makes arrivals straightforward, and a private entrance adds ease during your stay.
