This applies to all of the following: heated tobacco products, cigarettes, cigars, kiseru, pipes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs. If you lose your front door key, we will charge you 20,000 yen.
If the following areas are soiled with vomit or feces: bedroom, Japanese-style room, living room, sofa, carpet, dining room, second-floor living room, sofa bed, hallway, stairs, entryway, bathroom, washroom, and all toilets, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 yen. If the toilet becomes clogged due to a large amount of toilet paper or feces being flushed down it, we will also, a separate cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.

The house is brand new and beautiful and stocked with everything you need. The host was so friendly. It's close to the airport and Narita. We will visit again.
