I would definitely stay here again! It was very clean. It looks like it was recently remodeled. Very quiet area with great restaurants within Sea Pines. I would definitely recommend picking up the parking pass before you go into the gates as it is at a separate location. Great place!

This is a perfect place in a perfect location! We LOVE South Beach and we had many magical days there Watching the sun rise while drinking coffee on the balcony and sipping wine on the beach as the sun sets - sooooo relaxing. One night, while sitting on the beach watching the sunset, a shrimp boat floated by, followed by a pod of dolphins, a great blue heron and a giant crab. Such an AMAZING place! Thanks to the owners for sharing their place

Great condo rental for a couple's vacation. Perfect location to the beach. Condo overlooks quiet tributary by South Beach. Everything updated including kitchen, bathroom, furniture, etc. Sound proofing is excellent between neighboring units. Would definitely rent this unit agian in the future.

We booked a last minute trip to this spot, and it could not have been more perfect for our family. We saw deer each morning from the balcony and had a 5 minute stroll to the beach and Salty Dog. The beach was calm and uncrowded even during a peak summer week. The condo was beautiful and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We will be back!

easy checkin, past south beach next to lands end can't be beaten for being quiet. Beach access across the street. Would recommend furnishing shampoo and liquid body wash at this price point as well as coffee pods

Very Pleasant Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely unit in the Bluffs. We have stayed in the Bluffs many times, but never a one bedroom. We were very impressed with the recent renovations in the unit and found it very comfortable. We enjoyed the Mid-century modern decor as it seemed very appropriate for the beach. The kitchen is also well stocked.

Incredible Stay For A Couple!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here, and will absolutely stay again! The condo was so clean, organized, and comfortable! The location was perfect for us, it’s basically directly across from the beach access and the parking was so easy to get into and out of (we have a pretty big truck and experienced no issues). The communication between us and Island Rentals leading up to and during our stay was so easy too. We didn’t feel like we had to chase information like we have with other rentals. I’d give this place an easy 10/10!! The only two suggestions I’ll leave here are bring a little fan if that’s something you’re use to as there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom, and bring your own toilet paper 😊 They provide some, but we chose to grab something better.
