Great house.

This is a great house in a great neighborhood. Jeannet, the property manager/owner is very easy to work with and super accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Nicest Landlord Disgusting Property

Jeanette is the nicest landlord I have ever spoken to. He was so nice its hard to leave this review. This place is DISGUSTING! The fake leather coach left black plastic specks all over you every time you sat on it as it is falling apart. Stains on the carpet, dishwasher smelt like curdled milk and had to be 15 years old, no way to sit outside, we left our outdoor rocking chairs we purchased behind accidentally and they THREW THEM AWAY without calling us! Bed was gross and the sheets were the cheapest polyester one can imagine that made your skin crawl. The blinds were barely attached and fell down often. Power chords all over the place. To top it off the the City of Bloomfield Hills ordinance inspector came over twice to stick letters on the door that this rental violates the city rental policy. Nice guy HORRIBLE rental.

Fix it up and you’ll have a winner

The owner was fabulous to deal with. That is the only positive thing I can say. The property needs a lot of work inside and out and is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. Kitchen appointments sorely lacking. VRBO should be embarrassed that this property was listed.
