Located a short drive (2.4km) from Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach, this home is ideally situated for coastal adventures. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the picturesque Camden Haven River or embark on a hike up to Kattang Nature Reserve Perpendicular Point. The breathtaking including seasonal wildflowers, blow holes, and the chance to spot migrating whales between May and November, make the journey worthwhile. Free WIFI and smart TV.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
The property features an open-spaced living with two dining areas, loungeroom and kitchen. An extensive deck with a BBQ and outdoor seating.
Down the hall you will find the Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, an ensuite with a walk in shower and toilet, a generous walk in robe and doors to the balcony. Bedroom 2 and 3 both with a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 being the kids bedroom with a kids size single bunk bed. Between the bedrooms you will find a lavish main bathroom with a walk in shower, bath and a seperate toilet. Also a laundry with a washing machine.
