It is not permitted to take bed linen and towels outside the buildings

Dishwashing and rubbish collection are not included in the accommodation. The guest is responsible for leaving the dishes clean and collecting the rubbish, without leaving dirty dishes or food scraps. We do not provide (salt, sugar, and cooking supplies). Late Vacancy: The guest agrees to vacate the property within the stipulated time. In case of damage to the property, a fee equivalent to the value of a new part will be charged for replacement (or the equivalent value of the repair service). Any damage to the accommodation will also be charged. Inspection: Before the GUEST's arrival, an inspection of the property will be carried out. The GUEST will check in the presence of the HOST. If the GUEST identifies any damage upon arrival, they must immediately contact the HOST to report the incident. During check-out, a new inspection will be carried out. If check-out occurs after the maximum time allowed, after inspection, if any damage is found, the HOST will contact the GUEST to report the details. Check-out Procedures: When leaving, turn off any electronic devices in use. Make sure to close all doors and windows. Return the keys to the places where they were initially found. Our space is in a rural area, where inclement weather can affect the provision and repair of services much more than in a large city, for example. The guest is responsible for hiring the photographer of their choice and covering all costs related to the photoshoot. An additional fee of R$ 50.00 (fifty reais) will be charged for the photoshoot, which must be paid in advance. If we identify evidence of non-compliance with these rules, guests will be fined starting from R$ 100.00. Neighbors' pet dogs are accustomed to visiting the premises, but are usually kept away. Docile. To preserve the ecosystem, it is NOT permitted to take cuttings from the plants. To prevent fires and contribute to the preservation of the ecosystem, DO NOT throw cigarette butts around the property.
