Watch the fishing boats coming back into the harbor while sipping your morning coffee from either the deck, the living room or the enclosed front porch. In the evening, relax and take in the unforgettable sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.
The main floor features a kitchen, dining room, living room, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with tub and shower. The main floor bed and bath make it ideal for seniors as well as those with mobility/health issues.
The second-floor features with three well-appointed bedrooms (all with double beds) and newly added three-piece bathroom with a glass walled shower.
Looking for fresh lobster and crab? You're in Luck....the Lobsters R'Us wharf is a 10 minute walk from the Farmhouse.
Enjoy the incredible Point Michaud beach for surfing, swimming or long walks on the beach. The beach is a 10 minute drive from the Farmhouse.
L' Ardoise General store is a quick 5 mins drive for essentials including beer/wine.
St. Peter's, an idyllic town located 15 mins from the Farmhouse, has all of the necessities including banks, restaurants, entertainment, and groceries. The town boasts a remarkable view of both the Altantic ocean and Bra d'or lake.
While in St. Peter's, consider renting a kayak or paddle boards to explore the Bra d'or.

Why they chose this property
There is nothing quiet like being so close to the ocean. The wind, the smells and of course the views are breathtaking.
What makes this property unique
10 Acres to roam on. Pick wild blue berries on the property, Walk to the wharf for fresh crab or lobster. Enjoying the ocean, the people, and the relaxed pace of the Island.
