Overall we had a good experience at this property. The area was a little run down, but we didn’t have any issues with safety. The home definitely can comfortably fit 10 with no problem, but the living room/dining area can only comfortably fit 4-5 people most. If you are just planning to sleep and shower there, this property is great. But I would not suggest staying here if you plan to use the space to socialize with your group or relax during the day with a larger group. The kitchen did not have any fork/spoon/knives, so plan accordingly if planning to eat at the home. The host was great with communication and making sure the home was suited for my elderly grandparents as far steps are considered, so I really appreciated that.

Great Place

We had a great experience at this property. It was very clean and well kept up. It was a pretty lengthy walk to all the action downtown but we had no problem taking Ubers most of the time. We are recommending the place to a friend who is going down in November.

Nashville Stay

Property was clean and comfortable, decent driving or Uber distance from everything we wanted to do, and easy to find and access. Didn’t need to communicate with host as everything was already just as we needed. The neighborhood does seem a little sketchy as you drive up, but we had no issues.

Cute place close to downtown

Very cute and clean place! Only about 10 min from Broadway. A little tricky to find at first but owner sent further directions to help us find it! Though the location seemed a little sketchy when we first arrived, we did feel safe and had zero issues! Would definitely stay here again 😊
