The 68 square meter, light-flooded apartment for 2 - 4 people is located on the 2nd Floor of our house on the banks of the Moselle.
A south-facing, large balcony with awnings, accessible from the bedroom and living room, offers you a wonderful view of the river.
The apartment has an elegant bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers and a modern shower room.
The friendly, bright living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, on which 1 adult or 2 children can sleep comfortably.
The kitchen in modern design, with dishwasher and dining area for 4 people, is practical and functional for self-catering.
WLAN is available for free.
There is a parking lot adjacent to the house. You can also safely store your bikes.

Lovely appartment near Cochem with great view

Clean and well equiped. Warm personal welcome. The bikes could be placed in the garage, Perfect spot for us and would love to come back.

A wonderful base for exploring the Moselle

My husband and I stayed 6 nights in this apartment and had a wonderful break. As others have said, the apartment is very well-equipped - a lot of thought has gone into the design, decoration and provisions. The kitchen has everything you need to properly self cater...including a dishwasher! Gorgeous bathroom & living room, and comfortable beds, although we don't like feather pillows so used the spare blankets to make them a bit more comfortable. The window shutters ensure a good sleep-in too. There are a few nice places to eat in Valwig too - nice not to have to drive to eat out if you want to. Lots of nice walks nearby and the cycle/foot path along the river is right in front. Before booking this, I looked at properties in Cochem as well but am really pleased I opted for this place - Cochem is very busy and much bigger. Valwig and this lovely apartment was a much better choice for a relaxing holiday. Thanks Annette and family!

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt. Es standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch und als Überraschung selbsgebackene Waffelröllchen. Die Wohnung war penibel sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch haben wir dank der guten Matratze und der ruhigen Lage sehr gut geschlafen. Man kann von dort aus sehr schöne Wanderungen oder Städtetrips unternehmen. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir wirklich empfehlen!

We hebben een mooie week gehad in Valwig, een uitstekend superschoon appartement met een prachtig balkon met uitzicht op de Moezel. Ook Annette was zeer behulpzaam. Het enige nadeel was dat we 2 trappen op moesten (wij zijn pensionado's) met de bagage. Voor de rest 5 sterren waard. En de prijs:...niet te duur!!

Prachtig gelegen met zicht op de Moesel vanaf het balkon en 10 minuten fietsen naar Cochem.Verhuurster een alleraardigste mevrouw.Huis met ruim balkon, te bereiken vanuit de kamer en vanuit de slaapkamer.Huis was perfect, schoon tot in de puntjes en wat je nodig bent voor een verblijf was aanwezig.Keuken volledig uitgerust en extra handdoeken voor het douchen waren aanwezig.Echt een aanrader voor een weekje of langer weg.Hinderk Noor Joure

Heerlijk ruim appartement. Van alles voorzien. We kregen allebei een openbaar vervoer ticket. De bushalte op 200 meter en binnen 10 minuten in hartje Cochem. Zelfs met het ticket naar het treinstation, en daarvandaan naar Koblenz gereisd.

Schöne Ferienwohnung an der Mosel vom 23.05. bis 30.05.2025

Ferienwohnung super ausgestattet, sehr sauber, Vermieterin super freundlich, sind mit frischen Blumen und Keksen überrascht worden. Schöne Umgebung, 3 km entfernt von Cochem, Fahrradweg geht direkt gegenüber vom Haus los, Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden. Lohnt sich mitzunehmen. In der Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig, obwohl die Straße unterhalb verläuft. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen :-)

Alles vorhanden, sehr sauber

Eine sehr saubere großzügige Wohnung mit Moselblick. Auch der Balkon war für eine FeWo überdurchschnittlich groß, mit 2 Stühlen, Tisch und 2 Relaxstühlen. Dazu eine Markise, die sich elektrisch bedienen ließ. Sehr angenehm waren die vorhandenen "Kleinigkeiten", die in anderen FeWos oft nicht da sind, wie z.B. WC-Papier, Kerzen, Feuerzeug, Backpapier, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs und vieles mehr. Nicht zu vergessen der kleine Ostergruß, u.a. mit selbstgebackenen Plätzchen und einem kleinen Blumenstrauß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Top Wohnung!

Endlich mal eine Wohnung, die das hält, was sie verspricht. Wir wurden mega freundlich empfangen. Es gab frische Blumen aus dem Garten auf dem Küchentisch. :-) In den Betten konnte man hervorragend schlafen. Die Wohnung war so eingerichtet und ausgestattet, das wirklich keine Wünschen offen blieben. Man fühlte sich absolut wie zu Hause. Die Gegend bietet sich auch optimal zum Radfahren an. Ein zweiter Aufenthalt ist auf jeden Fall geplant. Dann würden wir auch die Räder mitbringen.

We verbleven drie nachten in dit zeer net onderhouden appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Communicatie in verband met aankomsttijd verliep vlot via whatsapp. De verhuurster en dochter waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Leuke attenties waren de verse bloemen en versnaperingen. Een adres om te onthouden.

Schöner Moselblick

Sehr schöne FeWo mit direktem Blick auf die Mosel. Sauber, gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterfamilie. Wohn-und Schlafzimmer können durch Außenjalousien komplett verdunkelt werden, sodass die Wohnung auch bei heißem Wetter schön kühl bleibt. E-Bikes konnten in der Garage sicher untergestellt werden. Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt, gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schöner Ort

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung direkt in erster Reihe an der Mosel. Zum größten Teil modern eingerichtet mit einigen rustkalen Möbelstücken. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon mit dem Blick zur Mosel. Sehr schön zum Frühstücken oder den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, für Menschen, die schlecht zu Fuß sind, eher ungeeignet. Im Ort sind einige Restaurants mit guter Küche.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Gemütliche, saubere und renovierte Wohnung. Vom großartigen Balkon mit Markise hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Mosel. Voll ausgestattete Küche, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Wirklich ein rundum tolle Wohnung. Das Internet schwächelt ein wenig, aber mobil hat man überall schnelles 5G/LTE und kann, so wie wir, auch zwischdurch arbeiten. Gerne mal wieder.
