The space
You will fall in love with this newly renovated apartment that is close to everything with amazing amenities.

The master bedroom has been furnished to create a relaxed and nourishing space with a very comfortable king size bed, desk and ensuite.

The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be turned into a king bed), beautiful furnishings and a restful atmosphere.

We have 2 carpark spaces allocated for our apartment, something not easy to find in Broadbeach.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please take all rubbish out and dispose of it in the garbage shoot to the right of the lifts (please take all glass and recycling to B1 in the large recycling bin).

Please wash all dishes and empty the dishwasher. Please ensure aircon is turned off on departure.

Please leave 1 set of keys on the kitchen bench and return the other set to Broadbeach Grocer where they were collected.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
