A charming and comfortable house. Walkable to downtown and university. Host was very responsive. This is the second time we have stayed here and would highly recommend this property.

This property had 3 bedrooms which suited our needs and its conveniently located. The house is spacious and we took advantage of the deck when the weather allowed. Amanda ,the host and her father James were quick to respond to our questions. We recommend a House Manual be available to renters explaining how to operate things such as TV, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. A calendar with the garbage/recycle schedule would be helpful. Instructions left asked us to download their sanitation APP which we felt was inappropriate. However we were able to put out the appropriate bin. The kitchen cupboards and drawers could use a deep clean. We also found the kitchen confusing with cupboards and drawers labeled with Family Storage so it took us awhile to understand what we could use or not. Thanks for your hospitality.
