Bohemian Chic Villa Near the Beach and Forest

Hello,
We offer our house of 160m2 located in a quiet area, in the small and very lively village of Aigues-Vives 30670 (all shops, bar, mini-market, press, restaurant) ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier to enjoy both the beaches and the tourist sites.
Aigues-Vives is 25 minutes from the seaside (Grande Motte, Grau du Roi, Port Camargues, 25 minutes from Montpellier or Nimes, also discover the Camargue for beautiful horseback rides, 45 minutes from the Cévennes for beautiful canoe descents).
From the house, there are many hiking or mountain biking trails in the forest or scrubland.
The house (air-conditioned):
On the ground floor, large living room kitchen of 50m2, laundry room (American fridge), a master suite (bed 180).
Upstairs:
1 master suite of 20 m2 with walk-in shower and 2 large bedrooms with double bed + 1 bathroom with bath and shower.
Exterior:
550 m2 with terrace, bioclimatic pergola, heated swimming pool (8x4 Including beach 1, 25m) bar, fridge and plancha, petanque court, sports area, outdoor shower.
4 parking spaces with private gate,

Des vacances au top !

Au calme et conforme en tout point à la description et aux photos de l’annonce. Soleil, balades, cigales, piscine et plancha, il ne manque rien pour passer d’excellentes vacances ! Christophe, notre hôte, est une belle personne, agréable, discret et réactif au besoin.

Un très beau séjour

Très belle maison dans un environnement permettant balades et visites de la région Charmant village avec à 5mn à pied commerçants et restaurants très sympathiques Y aller sans hésitation

Magnifique séjour

Superbe maison où l on se sent bien, super piscine, magnifique déco, très agréable. Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus ! Bonne situation géographique, proche de toutes les commodités.

Super sejour

On a passé un agréable séjour. Superbe maison super bien équipée et très belle piscine. On recommande a 100%. L’hôte était très a l’écoute et nous a super bien renseigné sur les activités et restos du coin.
