About this property

Detached home with heated saltwater pool 45 minutes from Toronto

Very clean, spacious, smoke free five bedroom, four bathroom single family home in a quiet, family orientated neighborhood. Lots of room for kids to run and play on the days you decide to stay in. We have a large backyard that boasts a children’s swing-set and slides, gazebo and a fenced in inground 6 ft deep heated pool with a slide (pool is opened from May 25-September). Pool has a tanning ledge that’s great for little ones and parents to sit and play. Five good sized bedrooms and 2 full baths on the upper floor (one bathtub). Main floor has a half bath with a dining room, family room, kitchen and a little playroom for kids. Lots of pots, pans, spices, and goodies to cook up a great meal. Basement has a bedroom, a full bath, an office, a small gym with weights and a treadmill and a home theatre with a bar that can comfortably seat 10 people. Walk out basement leads to the backyard. We have lots of toys and games for the family and smart tvs with Disney, Netflix, IPTV. Keypad entry into the house. We do have motion activated exterior security cameras at the entrances of the property.

Welcoming and very respectful of our privacy and comfort

We stayed with them 2 nights, both nights we kept in contact with the host, and they were helpful and easy to communicate with. House is amazing, great design and good space for team meetings and film watching. Loved it. Good distance from city of Toronto. We would love to comeback. Favorite part was the man cave, respect the design and effort.

Wonderful location, wonderful host

My family stayed here for a couple of nights at the beginning of summer. We have 3 young children - so we were picky when selecting a property to stay at. Courtney was very accomodating. Her communication was polite and responsive. She made it as easy for us as possible. The house was fantastic. Very clean. Well laid out. Everything we needed - it made it a "turn key" weekend. The pool was set to a comfortable temperature. It was clean and well maintained. The movie room created memorable nights with the kids. Overall - I would recommend this house. Courtney made it a pleasure.
