This two-room suite is clean and comfortable. The old-fashioned layout has extra amenities including a fully equiped, eat-in, private kitchen. The large bed-sittingroom has a gas fireplace and 42 " smart TV. The three-piece shower room is off the adjacent hallway. A shared laundry room is one floor below. The private entrance from the back deck overlooks a wooded ravine. Street parking is free, or a small car can fit in the driveway. This backsplit home is owner-occupied in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to the Waterfront Trail, Lakeside Park, and Port Dalhousie beach. Grocery shopping,restaurants, a bank and bus service are two blocks away.
