Enjoy an ideal location, with private access to the "customs officers' paths" leading to "La Plage de la Birochère" and the Alliance Pornic Resort Thalasso & Spa.

This ground floor apartment has a double bedroom (140 cm bed), a room with a trundle bed that can accommodate up to 4 people.



The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a small oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The living room - dining room with sea view has a television and direct access to the terrace. A bathroom and a toilet complete the rental. A hairdryer, a washing machine and an iron are also provided.

Enjoy the large sea-facing terrace and its outdoor furniture, two sunbeds and a parasol. (The sun awnings in the photos have been removed).



A private parking space and a bicycle storage room are available within the residence.
