IN JULY & AUGUST: RENTAL FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY



This holiday home, nicely decorated, consists on the ground floor of a living room including the living-dining room, an independent fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (140 cm bed), a shower room, and a WC.

The upstairs offers an ideal leisure space for children, as well as a room with two 80 cm beds, which can be combined into a double bed.

Its charming asset is its large veranda, both a dining room and a true second living room of the house, which opens onto the terrace and garden.

The house offers a particularly attractive outdoor space with a terrace and enclosed garden. A barbecue and garden furniture complete the outdoor layout.

In 2 minutes on foot, you reach the beach on the Quiberon Bay side for "classic" beach activities and the ocean-side beach more suitable for surf and kite-surf enthusiasts.

Whatever their preferences, young and old will find here the ideal house for a pleasurable and relaxing stay.

The neighbourhood

The house is located in a residential area ideally situated to allow you to reach the beaches in a few minutes on foot. You have the choice between the beach of the Penthièvre campsite, on the Bay of Quiberon, for "classic" beach activities and Kite Surfing off-season or on the Ocean side, the Penthièvre beach, suitable for surf, Kite-surf and sand yachting enthusiasts.

Penthièvre station is 250m away, where you can take the summer "corkscrew" train to reach Auray and Quiberon in a few minutes.

A bus stop is located on Saint Malo avenue (BreizhGo Bus line 1 - Penthièvre stop).

Car or bicycles are recommended to reach the town of Saint Pierre Quiberon and its shops (5 minutes by car) or Plouharnel.

In season, 2 minutes walk away, a bakery offers bread, pastries and snacks.
