Sitting peacefully in the residential rural and rural lifestyle zone of Bagshot is where you will find this well-maintained homestead, built by Russell Parson's it offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three living areas.

Through the front living area/parents retreat is where you will find the spacious master bedroom, this room showcases a large walk in robe, modern updated ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles, large corner vanity, walk in shower recess, & toilet. T
The other three bedrooms are located at the other end of the home, built in robes, and have access to the rumpus room/kids retreat.
Situated close to the three bedrooms is the three-piece family bathroom, and separate toilet.
Spacious family room/dining sits proudly in the centre of the home, and alongside the kitchen.
Kitchen boasts, quality appliances, dishwasher, walk-in pantry, ample cupboards and drawer space, & double glass windows. Split systems in total for heating and cooling of the entire home.The property covers 11.3 hectares of peaceful farmland. You’ll also have access to a spa, swimming pool, and a private function room perfect for hosting small events or celebrations.

We don’t provide firewood. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase firewood at the nearest Bunnings store.
Visitors are welcome with prior notice — please inform us. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Use the provided ashtrays keep the house smoke-free.
If anything is accidentally broken or damaged, let us know straight away. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.

The house is wonderful! So much bigger than the pictures show. It had great facilities and it was so clean! Its such a nice quiet area so its easy to sleep without horrible highway noise and an easy drive into town. Also such beautiful animals when you go for a walk (Kangaroos ect). I would stay again!

The house had absolutely everything we could need we didn’t have to leave at all. The pool and spa were amazing, and the photos honestly don’t do the place justice. Beautiful land and such a relaxing stay. The host was incredible and responded quickly to every call and message.

On first inspection, some members of our family were concerned that we seemed to be in "the middle of nowhere". But as our time unfolded, we started to notice and love the wildlife and the ever-changing beauty of the surrounding countryside. In particular, the variety of birds was wonderful.While there are lots of fun facilities to enjoy (pool table, table tennis, spa), we focused mostly on the swimming pool, and made extensive use of it throughout our stay. Our best family times were just spending time in and around the water. It was extremely hot for part of our holiday, but every room in the house has air conditioning, so that and the pool ensured we were always comfortable.The house itself is spacious, modern, and clean - we were a family of four, but it could easily accommodate up to 10 people.Cid was always very quick to respond to any query and was super friendly and helpful - a great host.

Easy to arrange lovely spacious place with 5 bedrooms. Lovely pool and pool table gave us 70year old gals great fun.Be nice to have an umbrella for shade in the pool area.No tea towels or paper towels, need salad tongs, and 5 L of water was not enough for five people over three days. Two of the fans in the bedroom were not working the Aircon was terrific.Not being able to flush the toilet paper a bit of a pain. And would be a big turn off for a family staying there and two of our group including a planned boys group would not book for that reason. Not sure why septic tank can’t handle TP.However, for us girls, it was a great place together and not be on top of one another. And blessedly quiet with star and satellite watching a bonus.

We had an incredible stay! The house was in perfect location. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which we truly appreciated. Our host was fantastic—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Best of all, they were so accommodating to my family and our pets, making us feel right at home.
