Our lake view condo locates on the 3rd floor in Cane Island Resort, a gated luxury resort. Both stairs and elevator are available for easy access.

Additional Info:
- The management company will supply you with: 1 soap bar and 2 toilet rolls for each bathroom, 1 trash bags per trash bin (plus 2 extra), 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry pods, 1 paper towel, 1 liquid detergent and 1 scrubber. These supplies are only to get you started until you have time to visit the local grocery store.
• Check-in instructions will be provided to you 2 days before your arrival.
• You can self check-in any time 4pm or after on your day of arrival, and check-out any time 10am or before on your day of departure.
• Free parkings are available. A “Resident Permit” parking tag is provided, so guests can park the car near the condo building at the resident parking spot.
• Our condo includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking and baking wares, dishes, utensils, iron, ironing board, cable TV, air conditioning, etc.
• The cleaning crew cleans the condo prior to each guest’s arrival with clean linens and towels. It is then the guests’ responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the condo during the stay.
• We do not have the resources to provide our guests package receiving services prior arrival.
• Pets are not allowed in the condo.
