This is our second time staying here and it was another wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the quietness of the property and the clubhouse and pool. The condo was clean and Ron and Michele always check in to see how your stay is going. We can’t wait to go back again!

Quick getaway

We were only in town for 3 nights but the condo was perfectly suited for all our needs. Convenient location in nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping all very close. Condo comes with pool/beach toys so you can enjoy the nice pool.

Cane Island Condo

Our stay at the Cane Island Condo was very positive. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and was clean. It was convenient to the various places we wanted to see. We would recommend it to others.

Comfortable and conveniently located

The condo was as advertised, well located in a gated community and close to the Disney theme parks. Check-in was easy and Michele and Ron were prompt to respond to any questions we had. The condo was comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay and would definitely stay in this condo again in our next trip to Orlando.

Great location and wonderful hosts

This is a great property! Very nice and clean and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. They two separate bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms make for a perfect set up if you have friends or two couples that want to stay together yet have a little privacy. Walkable to a few stores and restaurants as well, which is helpful if you don’t have a car. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, close to Disney World

The owners gave very good directions that helped us find the place. We loved the floor plan with a bedroom on each side of the condo and plenty of bathroom space. It was close to Disney world. The place looked just like the pictures. It was a very quiet area.

Terrific place to stay

Ron and Michelle's place was absolutely wonderful! Great location and wonderful amenities. The kitchen had all that we needed to prepare a few meals. The beds were comfortable. The decorative touch throughout the place was very nice. Tremendous communication with the owners. I sent a few messages (questions) and they responded very quickly. On the next trip to Orlando, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this unit.

Fantastic property

So sad to leave this beautiful condo. It met our needs in every way - spotlessly clean, spacious, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, beautifully decorated, great air con and the location is perfect for all the parks, food, shopping and evening entertainment. Wonderful Condo near Disney!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was extremely clean and in good condition. We utilized the kitchen and enjoyed the pool daily. As a family with teenagers we appreciated the split floor plan and the patio for game night. The condo is only a short drive to the Disney theme parks. Everything went very smoothly and our hosts were wonderful! Will definitely stay here again and will refer our friends too.

Great for Disney

As advertised. Located minutes from Disney (able to take a back entrance without dealing with I-4 traffic). Next door to an Aldi and CVS for added convenience. The condo is clean and spacious with many amenities and all necessities, including surprisingly higher quality furniture. The hosts were terrific - very responsive. A good choice if you plan to go to the Disney theme parks.

Great 2 week stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for two weeks while working from home. Good location, can get a bit noisy with all the cars if windows are open but if windows and everything are closed you can’t hear much at night. The wifi is slow but we were both able to work from home without interruption. The TV is not a smart TV so just something to note, my husband and I brought a fire stick with us though so we could watch Netflix and Hulu. Great having a washer and dryer in the apartment. Very spacious place, great if you have kids, seems like they have everything you’d need. Has everything for the kitchen you would need, having salt and pepper there would be a nice touch. Communication with the host was easy, very nice. The bed is not the most comfortable. Overall a good place and would stay again if in the area.

It’s okay

I would say that this is definitely better than staying in a hotel and paying hundreds of dollars. There was lack of cleanliness when it came to the sheets and the bathrooms. The TVs super outdated the shower head this gross looking green mold with paint chips coming off of it. Almost all of the blinds in the house were broken or missing a shade so it did not make it great for privacy or to keep the sun out if you want to sleep in at all. The neighbor across the way had a very noisy dog that would bark every time it heard a noise from in the kitchen. Also what was not welcoming was the alarm that went off on the DVD player at 1 o’clock in the morning and we had a very hard time getting it to turn off. The beds were uncomfortable. And the pillows were gross with yellow stains. I don’t think it’s too hard to replace these things to make people comfortable. And the space in the living room I would say it’s comfortable enough for two adults and a small child but definitely not for a family of five. Very small

Disney Family Trip

With two teens, male and female, Disney resort rooms are no longer feasible. Most hotels still require our kids to sleep together or one of them in a sleeper sofa. This condo was exactly as described, and it suited us well to have both rooms, a kitchen and a living room, and a cute balcony. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Communication with the owners was quick, friendly, professional and efficient. Drive to the WDW parks took more than 15 minutes, even with traffic. This is not a resort, although there is a pool, and there are permanent residents there. However, that wasn't an issue for us. The only negative experience we had was parking. There are limited guest parking spots available, and they were sometimes full requiring a late night walk across the property, which was a little frustrating after being in the parks all day, but certainly not the fault of the owners. There are quite a few restaurants very close, and we were actually really impressed with the local Chili's. I know some reviews mentioned walking to nearby places, but I'm not sure I'd recommend that personally, as there were some nearby areas where we experienced panhandling and homelessness while.driving through. Overall, it fit us very well, we would highly recommend it to families like ours as you get quite a lot for the price! We have recommended it to our friends as well.
