THE VIEW
The condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator and stairs and faces east into the gardens. This condo is the perfect place to start and end your days while on your Oceanside vacation. In the morning enjoy your coffee or breakfast on your secluded balcony and enjoy lush views of the trees and feel the ocean breeze. There is no ocean view in the condo but the excellent location of the complex itself puts you just a short walk through the complex to relax on the beach.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, small kitchen appliances, and all the comforts of home for cooking delicious home-cooked meals while away. The dining area has a small table with seating for 4.

LIVING AREAS
G206 is furnished to comfortably house 4, cozy up on the sofa or the oversized armchair. The living room also has a flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player that you can also use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
G206 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD capabilities. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where the console chest has a queen-sized pullout murphy bed.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
-G206 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
G206 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

Enjoyed the cute condo! The couch and lounger were comfy and the Murphy bed worked great! Lots of room in the bedroom and a desk so I could work. Enjoyed the lush gardens of the property as well as swimming pools, gym, and …the beach! Loved being so close and look forward to our next trip. Thank you!

Great family visit and vacay

Comfortable, clean and convenient beach side stay. We were visiting family in the area and this offered a great central place to gather, surf/boogie board and visit. Beach chairs could use a replacement as the straps and clips are torn and coming apart making it awkward to tore things to the beach. Besides that, wonderful. Thank you.

Beautiful property seaside

We had a quick 6 night stay at this North Coast Village property and it was great. Walking distance to the harbor, restaurants at the harbor and walking to downtown area restaurants/shops. Property is on the beach so this was a plus. Easy on/off the freeway, it was quiet and gated community made it safe. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, had some spices available. The building must share the water heater as the water would turn hot to cold quickly in peak hours. Plan accordingly. But the living space was very comfortable. Would stay at this property again.

Beautiful Property/Wonderful Stay

We had a very nice stay at NCV G206. The property grounds were stunning. The beach was fun, relaxing, and the lifeguards were well trained and kept beach goers safe. The room was nice. The main bed was comfortable. We were comfortable without ac. The deck was nice as well. Lots of storage space available for guests. Kitchen was well stocked. We left some spray oil, which is nice to have in a condo for cooking in pans you are not familiar with. Beach chairs and boards were great and in good condition. The beach umbrellas need updating. One is dangerous with poking metal and the other is faded and not sturdy. We did not use the facility pool. It looked nice, but we were there to enjoy the beach. Only complaint is the murphy bed pillow and pillowcase were clearly used and not cleaned. We had enough pillows on the main bed to share with our son, so we did not request a clean one for him. We would love to stay here again.

Condo Needs Work

My family and I have stayed at North Coast Village several times in other condos. This was our first time in G206. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and we found that the couch was very comfortable and the carpet was nice. The kitchen is also well stocked with hand towels and utensils. As we started to set the condo up we found that there were no stand up fans that oscillate and only old box fans that were rusty and very dirty. We also found that when trying to open the screen door it would fall off the track. When going to take a shower you can get the water to a comfortable temp and then without touching the dials the water would turn to very cold or scalding hot. We would have to wait for the water to reset as adjusting the water dials would not help. The shower curtain did not cover the entire length of the shower. It was about 18 inches short. When trying to adjust the window blinds several of the blades would fall off. We had ants in the kitchen and the front door would not deadbolt and knob lock at the same time. The door knob also fell off and was found to not be screwed on from the inside of the room. There was also no laundry basket to take clothes to the wash room. I hope these are some things that will be fixed moving forward. We will be staying at North Coast Village again but will not be back to G206.
