First, its not a luxury suite. Its a basement apartment. And you hear every footstep upstairs, everytime they turn on water you can hear it. Its modern but not luxurious. Its very clean. It is located in a new development that heavily under construction and they dont like you to park your rental in the driveway. There was no otjer option.

First and formost, thank you for your stay, but you violated many house rules, like smoking right in front of the building with your friends close to a gas meter. The message clearly stated a basement suite, and parking instructions, and you gave this review because I asked you to park appropriately I ve requested for my review about you to be taken down, very much like the new areas in calgary,, there are minor constructions. You also have major constructions on major roads during summer. I really dont look foward to hosting you again
