The property includes natural features such as wildlife, a flowing river, steep rock formations, and uneven terrain, as well as man-made structures including, but not limited to, long staircases and a cablecar lift. These features may pose certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries.

The cablecar lift must be used only as instructed and entirely at the guest’s own discretion and risk. The owner and host disclaim any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur on the premises or in connection with the use of any natural or constructed features.

Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party, including minors and pets. Appropriate caution, supervision, and behavior are expected at all times. The host strongly recommends that guests abstain from the use of drugs and/or alcohol while on the property, as impairment may increase the risk of injury or accidents.

By completing your reservation on VRBO, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms stated in this liability waiver.
