Palm View Collective is a new gem in the heart of Sydney offering mesmerising views of Elizabeth Bay. It is ideal for leisurely mornings, romantic evenings, or boutique business trips, this exclusively yours, private apartment ensures a comfortable stay.
Set in a heritage building, the freshly renovated space boasts attention to detail and immaculate presentation. The well-equipped kitchen caters to your needs, but guests often choose to explore the nearby restaurants and cafes.
The luxurious Queen and Double bedrooms feature stunning photography, premium linen, and ample bath sheets. The art deco bathrooms are cosy in size with newly renovated modern finishes, the second bathroom contains a laundry, making longer stays a breeze.
The open-plan living space, with its high ceilings, includes a dining table, lounge, and workspace. The patio and shared garden spaces by the water provide an excellent spot for morning coffee, sunset wine, or a BBQ in the communal area.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is available for guest use. A solo off road parking space is within eyesight of the balcony below and available on request.
Please note that although there is a lift in the building, accessing the lift from the lobby is via 4 stairs. There is only level access to the lift from the garage. Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, we cannot guarantee that the apartment or the building is accessible friendly.

It is a 12-minute walk and the station provides easy access to the city's major attractions - it's only 2 stops from Sydney's Town Hall in one direction and only 2 stops from Bondi Junction in the other direction. To get to the airport is 1 hour by train, or approximately 25 minutes by car (depending on peak hour traffic).

Prior to the arrival date, our system will process a $500 pre-authorisation to the guest’s credit card. The pre-authorisation is purely a hold of funds to act as a security for any additional charges that may be incurred, such as any damage. More information is included in our terms & conditions.
We do not accept third-party bookings or additional visitors beyond the number of guests included in your booking. To enforce the no-party policy and respect our neighbours, the property is installed with a minut device that monitors noise volume and detects smoking and vaping.
Please also note that the air conditioning units are located in the open plan living areas, not in the bedrooms.
