New For 2025! The complex has one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City. The location is walking distance to the beach, plus it's close to churches, a number of great restaurants, and two grocery stores. Welcome to Our Place at the Beach 106E.
Your family of 8 will enjoy this cozy first floor bayfront condo featuring 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths directly across from the outdoor pool. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a flex brew coffee pot, dining area, comfortable living room with TV, wifi and sliders to screened in porch overlooking the marsh and bay where you can enjoy your morning coffee and nightly sunsets. The living room features a queen murphy bed. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, tv and private bath with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds. (PLEASE NOTE: the top bunks are suitable ONLY for children 6 years old, and younger). The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer in the unit for your added convenience. The building amenities include: outdoor pool (seasonal open Memorial thru Labor Day) and 2 parking spots.
Guests must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products.. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This condo rents any three nights. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
