This is a small hotel but it was clean and worth the price. They have a pool but I didn’t use that amenity. I would stay here again based on my experience.

I like that the hotel is located right in front of the beach and board walk, access to many shopping places, staff helpful, air conditioning great, the only think is that the hotel need upgrade inside furniture and room and bathroom.

We had a beachfront room, dirty windows, no towels or wash clothes daily, no housekeepers, no ice machine, room was a small box, no table or chairs. Front desk Pat was very accommodating. Old hotel, wouldn't stay again.

Staff were friendly, room clean & neat. Arrival to room a surprise- thought had reservation for 2 beds, microwave, refrigerator; assumed coffee maker. Got double bed, college size fridge, chair. Everyone we spoke with, even though various bookers, same experience. Only recommend for location.

Me and my family enjoy apt101 but what would have made it better is if the air conditioning was all over. It was hot in the rooms. But over all I like it there this is my second stay with y’all. I’ll be there again maybe a board walk view. Service and staff was nice and helpful when needed

We checked into the Majestic Hotel, but the room was in unacceptable condition. It was very dirty, the bathroom was filthy, parts of the room were broken, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Because of the condition of the room, we had no choice but to leave the same night.

Honestly wasn’t clean, rooms were tiny. Had no ice machine and we had to ask to get a mini fridge. It was expensive compared to other places that looked much more modern and staff were not so friendly. Need to work in their cleanliness
