Large basement bedroom with private washroom in beautiful Lakeshore North area of Waterloo. The property is walking distance to Laurel Creek Conservation area and a 5 minute drive to St. Jacob's Farmers Market. Breakfast includes cereal, bread, bagels, cream cheese, jam, peanut butter, yogourt, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice and milk. Available from 6:00am - 10:00am.

Thanks Tammy and Rob - for the room and yummy breakfasts. The only things that I guess could be made a wee better (but the price was awesome except for extra taxes) - what about a heater in the bathroom for when u shower (or inform guests we can move it?), and maybe insulation in the ceiling? I could hear things upstairs when sitting right above the bed. Appreciate the place, bless u guys.
