This spacious three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining areas, and a private screened-in patio with a sparkling pool—your very own oasis to unwind after a fun-filled day.
Guests also enjoy full access to Encantada Resort's incredible amenities, including a large clubhouse, multiple pools, a fitness center, game room, kids' playground, and scenic lakefront walking paths.

Important:

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID is required at least 72 hours before arrival.
Accurate guest count must be provided.
No parties or events allowed. Unauthorized guests will result in additional fees and/or eviction.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Starter Supplies
We provide paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, trash bags, and bathroom amenities to cover the home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings require approval. If approved, you must provide a government-issued ID for verification. The phone number on your reservation must match your ID. Same-day bookings are not accepted after 2:00 PM and require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in. Check-in may be delayed past 4:00 PM for same-day reservations.

Baby Bundle
Traveling with little ones? We offer a Baby Bundle for $65 per stay, which includes a Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress and a high chair. Must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before arrival.
