3 bedroom, 2 bath home with beautiful sunsets overlooking the 3rd hole of the Island Country Club golf course. Quiet neighborhood, at the end of a dead end street.

Single floor living with a large living room which opens into a sitting area / sun room looking out to your own private pool.

Master bedroom has an en suite, 2nd bath directly outside of 2nd bedroom.

Master bedroom has a King sized bed, 2nd bedroom Queen and 3rd bedroom 2 - twins.

Both bathrooms fully renovated (in progress Sept. 2020) to include easy walk-in showers.

Great rental home

We had such an awesome month long stay at this home. Perfect size for our needs. Thoughtfully appointed..well stocked kitchen, extra fridge, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, cozy family room, smart tv’s and a beautiful backyard and pool with gorgeous sunsets overlooking the golf course. The owner was very attentive and accommodating. Located on a nice quiet street with friendly neighbors. Short drive or bike ride to the beautiful Marco beaches. Can’t say enough about this wonderful home.

Beautiful Home Well Equipped For Longer Stays

My family of 5 spent 3 wonderful months here. The home was clean, well appointed, and very enjoyable. The kids’ favorite part was the pool and the short drive to the pristine beaches. Loved watching the sun set over the golf course. Very quiet street. Highly recommend this home for families!

A New Listing This Year-A Great Find

Bigger Than It Looks on Website. Nice location on a golf course. Well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Owner very accommodating and easy to work with.

Hidden Gem with Helpful Owners

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. At first, we didn't know what to expect when staying inland in Marco, but we loved the house's location and the owner's couldn't have been easier to deal with. The four of us (plus our small dog) really enjoyed being a bike ride away from the beach, and right on the golf course. The pool was perfect and was not dependent on solar heat, so the water was warm regardless of the weather. The home lived up to the photos, and the couch & tv setup allowed plenty of room for a family to spread out and enjoy watching a movie or game. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the extra garage fridge/freezer was very family-friendly. We look forward to returning!
