Once you get to our home it will continue because we are located on a street of only 6 homes and our cul de sac location makes our home even more private with a large tropical back yard, a lake view and private pool under a lanai to enjoy.

What’s the first things kids want to do when they get to their destination after a long flight? SWIM, and we are ready for them with life jackets, floaties, pool toys, beach towels, and more. Maybe you are excited to get to the beach right away, we have you covered there too with beach chairs, umbrellas, various size coolers, beach toys and the Wonder Beach Cart! Tiger tail beach is less than a mile and a half away.

The Home:

Purchased in 2019-everything is brand new and professionally decorated and updated annually!

I wanted a beautifully decorated home with comfortable mattresses and my husband wanted big HDTV's and the fasted high speed internet in the area and we both got what we wanted.

The home is spacious with a modern floor plan that is built specifically for your vacation! The updated kitchen has wonderful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range and is open to the living space. The kitchen is fully supplied with a toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, blender, full cutlery and dining plates, and plastic dishes for children.
If you need to mix business and pleasure there is a private office tucked away from all the action where you can work.

The open concept kitchen, living room and dining room all all together with a second seating area towards the front of the home. Indoor dining has a table and chairs to seat six, with additional dining space outdoors on the lanai. The living room features a 65" flat screen TV with 160 cable channels, ready for Netflix! WIFI included, The living room is furnished with an Italian leather sofa and accent side chairs. Here you can relax on the comfy furniture after a long day at the beach or swimming in the pool and enjoy the lake view.

There is plenty of room for six adults to stay in the home as the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third has two double beds and a twin trundle bed. The master bedroom has a large master walk in closet for all your belongings and it comes with a flat screen 55” HDTV, and sliding glass door to the pool.
Both additional bedrooms have 32” HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a bright duvet. The third bedroom has two double beds with a pull out trundle and a beach theme making you easily remember that you are on vacation and are only a short bike ride away from the beach!

The living space of the home is extended to the completely secluded covered lanai pool area. We hope you relax with a cocktail in hand and watch the world go by as you take a dip in the pool, grill burgers on the grill or relax with a good book.

You are close to Starbucks, Winn Dixie, Publix, Walgreens, gas stations, fabulous restaurants minutes away from the home and you can drive, bike to many of them.
