There’s a washer, dryer, an iron and iron board available in the apartment.

Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and many other stores and supermarkets around. Easy walking distance to Colorado Blvd, Convention Center, ArcLight Cinemas, The Playhouse and HRC. Close to Caltech, Rose Bowl and NASA JPL.

The building has a Parking lift system, where one car parks on-top of another. Only small sedans can fit these spaces. These are all assigned so parking should be arranged prior to booking. For larger cars there is Public Parking right across the street.
