Experience the tranquil charm of our private 160 sq ft bunkie just outside of the Town of Digby. Sitting on the edge of a forest, you can enjoy gentle breezes and sea scents on your private deck as you watch mesmerizing tides dance below. A separate patio with bbq for your meals, a full adjacent bathroom, and a place to simply relax and rest. Minutes from amenities, yet a world apart.

Groomed walking trails for you and your dogs, allowing you to be immersed in nature.

The full bathroom is a separate building but right next to the bunkie and connected by the deck - a few short barefoot steps away.

A small bar height half table is on the deck with 2 stools for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while you look over the treetops to the Bay of Fundy.

Only 15 minutes to the Luxury Digby Pines Golf Course and less than 15 min from the Saint John/Digby Ferry.

This property is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. It is a very tranquil spot to unwind and simply take in nature. It's also very close to some great tourist spots. I highly recommend it!Cheryl was a perfect host, very communicative and easy ro work with.

Such a stunning location. Cheryl is very friendly and communicative with great suggestions for local food and sites. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to watch the sunrise from their bed, then spend the day exploring the Digby area.

The Bunkie was well appointed, very clean, and the best view for morning coffee ☕ on the patio. Just the right size for my adult daughter, myself and our family dog. I definitely recommend this place.

A Night in Paradise

The host has thought of everything you would need for the kitchen. The check in process was easy. The deck and patio were wonderful . Hummingbirds were abundant. The view was spectacular .5 star for sure all the way. I hope to return soon.

No television necessary. The best view we had in Nova Scotia. There was a well equipt kitchen . Nice BBQPatio and deck had comfortable furniture and the fire table was great at night. We hope to returnsoon.

The Bunkie was fantastic. It had all the amenties for a quiet, relaxing, weekend getaway. Just a short drive to downtown Digby. The views from the deck overlooking the fields and Digby harbour was a treat, Especially when viewing at different times of the day when the fog rolled in and out of the harbour. If we make our way up to Nova Scotia again, the Bunkie would be on our list. Cheryl and Bill were great hosts.

What a cute little bunkie!! It was just right for 2 people and our dogs. Very clean and had everything we needed. I loved watching all the bumblebees on the flowers out front. The view was amazing!!

First- the location... Holy smokes the views are incredible, when it's clear you can see the bay, there are flowers everywhere, trails to walk, bushes, bees and butterflies doing their good work and was overall a super beautiful location. The bunkie is adorable! It has everything you might need and while it's a small space, they get every inch out of it for the best. Cheryl has great communication and was helpful with the surrounding area. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it!

We bought this beautiful property 3 years ago and launched the bunkie rentals in September in 2024 and have been delighted with the positive responses we have received. We love sharing this cozy space on our microfarm.

The bunkie is about 220' from our home, so we are onsite for any needs you may have, but you will find that the space feels quite private. You'll love being in nature but only being 5 minutes from all basic amenities.

Why they chose this property

We named our farm "Tenalach" which means to "hear the earth sing". We love nature and are doing whatever we can to create biodiversity on our property and leave things better than we found them.

What makes this property unique

The views from our property are spectacular. The sounds of nature are abundant, and you will find it the perfect setting to decompress.
